“BLACK LEAF” is made in october 2021 this is the first production of "Abhishakti Theatre group" which is directed by Debina Rakshit it is based and inspired from “Sahadat Hassan manto” stories like “TMASHA” and “NANGI AWAZEN” this play is collaboration of different stories which revolve around us. The identity of a person who lives from many decades in a country and one day a new law is passed under which if there is no body register under this law then he or she will not allow to stay in this place or country…the struggle of persons to prove themselves is the story. The frustration of human being takes them so long away from their dreams and he or she run behind one paper to prove themselves…only 2 stories taken from manto’s play rest of the script is written by “Deepak Saini” & directed by "Debina Rakshit".

“The Cage” made in november 2022 directed by Debina Rakshit & written by Deepak Saini this is the 2nd production of "Abhishakti Theatre Group". it revolves around our daily life stories which we ignore by intention or unintentionally. The stories about the people of lower caste, the downtrodden, are a collection of the dark side of society itself. ‘They are not “they” or any other type of people’ is an idea beyond as our society is still corrupted with the cast discrimination.

" WAITING" is the fourth production of "Abhishakti Theatre Group" which is showcase in Open area of Tagore Theatre chd. at 9 april 2025 this is pure experimental form of theatre which is directed by Debina Rakshit & written by Deepak Saini In thispowerful and experimental theatrical journey, ‘Waiting’ unfolds through 13 interconnected stories, exploring the dark, often untold experiences of women and children who face rape, domestic violence, teasing, and discrimination.

"LAST WORD" play emphasizes that two communities are defined by their private choices regarding their sexual lives by the society. That’s what marginalizes them and separates them from the rest of the social setup. These are the Prostitutes and LGBT community. This play is made in April 2024 at Tagore Theatre Chd. directed by Debina Rakshit & written by Deepak Saini this is the 3rd production of "Abhishakti Theatre Group"

When it comes to prostitutes, the only thing that we judge them by is the fact that they engage in sex for their livelihood. They are the people who sell themselves for something as little as a single meal.

In the LGBTQ community, the mention of the words Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual or Transgender evokes a question- Who do they engage in sex with? However, their lives are much deeper than that.
